Grant Award Policies
The Foundation makes grants to qualified tax-exempt organizations regardless of religious or other affiliation. No grants are made to individuals. Requests for grants should describe specifically and concisely the project involved; the amount sought; and a proposed budget for its expenditure. Please submit no more than a two-page summary. Go to our How to Apply Page for more specifics.

Each request should also be accompanied by certification of its tax- exempt status and (except for start-up organizations) a current financial statement. A follow-up report citing how the grant was handled is requested. Grants are not ordinarily made to the same organization for successive years.

The Foundation is particularly interested in giving grants to specific projects that will make a demonstrable impact on the community.
