The Board of Trustess reviews all applications and awards grants. Foundation staff reviews letters of intent and applications to ensure they meet the the Foundation's funding guidelines and objectives.

All applicants must complete our eligibility review at: Am I Eligible before submitting a letter of intent or a grant application.

William S. Abell Foundation requests are reviewed quarterly.

• Letters of Intent: Due January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1.
• Applications: Due January 15, April 15, July 15, October 15.

Margaret Abell Powell Fund requests are reviewed in June and in December.

• Letters of Intent: Due April 1 and October 1.
• Applications: Due April 15 and October 15.
