The Board of Trustess reviews all applications and awards grants. Foundation staff reviews letters of intent and applications to ensure they meet the the Foundation's funding guidelines and objectives.

All applicants must complete our eligibility review at: Am I Eligible before submitting a letter of intent or a grant application.

William S. Abell Foundation requests are reviewed quarterly.

• Letters of Intent Due: December 30th, April 2nd, July 2nd, October 1st.
• Proposal Due: January 13th, April 16th, July 16th, October 15th.

Margaret Abell Powell Fund requests are reviewed in June and in December.

• Letters of Intent Due: April 2nd and October 1st.
• Proposal Due: April 16th and October 15th.
