STEP ONE: Complete the eligibility review required of ALL applicants before submitting a letter of intent or grant application: Am I Eligible?

STEP TWO: After completing Am I Eligible? you will then be asked to submit a letter of intent through our online application tool. We would prefer that you submit a letter of intent through our online application tool.

If you are not able to submit a letter of intent through our online application tool, you may email or mail us a letter of intent form with the following attachments: 1) Signed Abortion Counseling Disclosure Statement and 2) A copy of your 501 (c)(3) letter that states you are a 509 (a) (1) or a 509 (a) (2).  

STEP THREE: If your letter of intent is approved, you will then be asked to submit grant proposal to us. Please review our requirements and an application checklist.

Submit your grant proposal by:

• Using our online application tool. We would prefer that you submit a proposal through our online application tool.
• If you are not able to do so, you may submit a proposal through regular mail or email. 

NOTE: Whether you submit your proposal on paper or online, we invite you to test our new online application tool and to give us your feedback. Any feedback will be used to refine our online process and will not impact your application in any way.
