STEP ONE: Everyone must complete the eligibility review before submitting a letter of intent. Please click Am I Eligible? to start.

STEP TWO: If you are eligible, you will be asked to submit a letter of intent through PhilanTrack, email, or mail. To email or mail us your letter of intent form, please click on letter of intent form to download our letter of intent template and please be sure to include the following three attachments: 

• Signed Abortion Counseling Disclosure Statement
• Your grant budget
• A copy of your 501 (c)(3) letter that states you are a 509 (a) (1) or a 509 (a) (2).  

If you are mailing your letter of intent to us, please make sure we receive it before the deadline.

If you are a MAPF applicant and you would like to email or mail us your letter of intent, please click here to download our MAPF letter of intent template and please be sure to include:

• Signed Abortion Counseling Disclosure Statement
• Your grant budget
• A copy of your 501 (c)(3) letter that states you are a 509 (a) (1) or a 509 (a) (2).  

STEP THREE: If your letter of intent is approved, you will then be invited to submit a full grant proposal. Please review our requirements and our application checklist.
